Hi -
Typically, a system-wide crash points in the direction of some hardware failure. That other programs don’t lead to this doesn’t necessarily mean much.
As a first step, could you check to make sure there isn’t a build-up of dust inside the computer and that all the fans are unobstructed and working?
The second thing you could do is a “clean installation” of the GPU drivers.

Make sure to include step 4 of the uninstalling process!
