From a planar surface, as seen in the picture attached, I want to create a tube-like shape for a roof, which follows the shape of a parabola on all 3 sides and has a smooth connection between those which i can later use to create a triangulated mesh (for which my script already works).
With subD I can manually approximate this shape, but I cannot get all sides to have a nice parabola shape.
Does anybody has a nice idea how to do this? (if possible with a Grasshopper script to do this on shapes with more sides as well)
