i would expect a
MidPoint,Quad,Intersection here. after 30 seconds i get it. looks like there is only one pixel that allows it.
Many times, bad object-snaps give feedback on imprecision.
In Reverse - correct geometry, like in this case should reliable give the info, that the midpoint, Quad and Intersection are the same point.
This important, precise feedback is missing - and will teach the user to get imprecise / lazy with Osnaps - leading to mistakes later !! … and to frustration.
in above situation i would expect some imprecision - but there is not:
drawing 3 points with one shot osnap and name them will result in:
point
Object name: mid
Point at (0.00000000,-6.20000000,0.80000000).
point
Object name: Knot_Intersect
Point at (0.00000000,-6.20000000,0.80000000).
point
Object name: quad
Point at (0.00000000,-6.20000000,0.80000000).

sorry to be a bit harsh:
I think those fine tunings are much more important than new Icons.
I know it will mean refactor a code that was written many years ago from somebody else… But when there’s a little stone in your hiking boot, even the Gore-Tex® lining is useless.
related topic with still little attention:
