Is there some way to keep the UI from accidentally changing in V8? I would just like to get things the way they were in V7. I find the hyperflexibility to be a monstrous PITA.
This is the kind of frustration I am having:
When I left Rhino, I had the Layers, Blocks, Properties, Layouts, panels displayed. I come back into Rhino and they are nowhere to be seen. Yet, the menu seems to think they are on the screen.
I don’t customize application UIs. Tell me where the thing is and I will learn to use it where you put it (I’ll complain if the location is hard to find or use). My single greatest frustration with V8 is the hypercustomization where everything moves on me.
