Optimized animation without Bongo

Hello! I’m trying to do a simple animation, camera fly through a house, I noticed a huge inefficiency of the rendering loops (opens render window, loads geometry, lights, etc., saves and closes render windows… then again opens render window, loads geometry, lights, etc., saves and closes render windows…).
Is there a way to make it on a row, on a single window? As bonus, could it predict how much time it will take till the end of the animation, also to start and stop and restart from a certain point of the work?
I’m very new in this field of Rhino, I was used to 3D Studio Max and was so simple these operations.
Having Bongo is not an option for me.
