Offset problem: cannot do it with sand-form-like

i want to know why the offsett is not working with this kind of shape, why cannot have 2 curves when i do the offset to the inside.

all the geometry is planar!!!

Try to use Clipper plugin, the only drawback is that it outputs just polyline.
