does anyone know why emails sometimes don’t get sent out to notify of a response to a post? I think this is the case when I’m logged into the community. But just because I’m logged in doesn’t mean I’m checking. It would be nice to always get the email.
If I don’t reply back right away, it’s cause I didn’t get notified you responded

You can adjust the email settings if you edit your preferences on your user account page.
I should have checked there…

This new community is a huge step up from the old system, really find it more functional

By default the forum won’t notify you via email of a response if it thinks you are still currently browsing the forum.
You can disable that on your user preferences, if you wish to get email notifications no matter what.
