No sound playing on command help demo videos

Hi there, wondering if someone could help with this - I’m trying to play demo videos in the command help panel on my Mac (Rhino 7), I’ve clicked the unmute button but I have no sound playing on the video. I’m on the demo version so not sure if that’s the issue, but not sure where to change the settings, unless there is no sound! (I’m able to play sound from other software no problems).

Could you provide an example of a demo video where you are expecting sound?

No, that type of animations doesn’t have any sound. I suppose that would only read the text that the animation illustrates. If you find any of those texts to be unclear, please let us know so that we can try to improve those.

Ah ok, thanks for confirming! It was just it had a volume button, so I assumed it was meant to have sound
