I lost menu bar in Rhino 7.12 for no apparent reason. I ran ToolbarReset and I rebooted my laptop and I ran Rhino is safe mode. Nothing helps. As you can see in the following screenshot, Rhino 6.35 has the menu bar.

command prompt is visible ?
Yes, I keep command prompt on the right side of the screen.
Try macro copy and paste in command prompt
-_options a v m=show

It worked! I looked it up half an hour ago in Rhino documentation. The documentation says: “Toggles the visibility of menus.” As a matter of fact, it toggles the visibility of one menu: the menu bar.
