Menu Bar is missing after I do a "ToolbarReset" command. I'm Hosed

I have had a lot of problem with the stability of the Rhino interface on Windows 7. Right now, I cannot work on Rhino, because when I do a Toolbar Reset, everything comes up EXCEPT the menu bar. Obviously, I can’t work with the Menu Toolbar missing. I’m under a terrible deadline and this is really a distraction.

Go to Options>Appearance and check “Menu”…

Oh, and why are you having to do a ToolbarReset all the time?

You can also use Menu command (it’s a toggle).
