New trial rhino 7 locks up with no response so even ctrl alt del wont work.
Is there a setting or preference to help.
AMD Ryzen 5800x, Radeon pro graphics etc solid state hd. so good for solid modelling.

Can you actually get Rhino started in normal mode at all? If so, please run SystemInfo and copy paste the results here. If not, will Rhino start in safe mode?

If you go into Options > View > OpenGL and uncheck the GPU tessellation checkbox, does it stop the crashing?

Yes, there seems to be a problem with certain models of ATI cards and GPU tessellation currently.

Indeed I have had more problems with Rhino ceasing to respond.
It’s unfortunate, the program seems to be very good but will be useless
if it has these glitches. It seems that this sort of instability is common to many CAD programs.
Is there a fix in the pipeline?
Hi Norbert- if you are having trouble with the graphics in Rhino even with GPU Tessellation off, try moving the openGL slider on that same page in Options one notch to the left.
