New account system, doesn't recognize my account and licence

Hi,
First i’m french, so excuse me for my bad english.
the rhino website seems to be changed. My account seems to be deleted. My email is not now recognized !
I created a new one (hum … not seems to be a good idea). Because i had a crash disk, i want now to add my old Rhino 5 educational licence and it seems to be impossible (rh educationnal not ok with zoo !).
Don’t understand all theese problems (i didn’t had in the past).

all seems to be ok now, i suppose the website had moved to a new version …
