Need Help on how to create a solid out of a set of closed curves

I am trying to create a solid out of a set of closed curves, but I can’t seem to find the correct command in Rhino.

I have attached the rhino file that I’m working with.

Any help would be appreciated.

From just the curves it is not clear to me what shape you want the solid to be ?

select your curves you wish to create a closed surface then use command planarsrf.

do this until you have the shape of the solid you want. select all surfaces and use command createsolid
