Need help modeling the dyson hushjet nozzle shape

Hi, hope everyone/s doing well. I have been trying to model something taking inspiration from the famous dyson star shaped turbine hushjet nozzle and it seems simple geometry though I am stuck at a point. I have managed to divide the circle get points and the rectangle but unable to stitch them. So the shape is actually notorious. Every alternate inner curve is slightly outside and the next one is inside towards the centre. I just need rounded corners around these points that I have managed to extract and then join them into a single curve.

Here’s my bad attempt, tried to clean up the spaghetti a little. There’s a few parts I’d do differently in retrospect but it gets the job done.

ps: I had an issue with the circle-line intersect towards the end, the fast bad solution was to set my absolute tolerance to 0.001
