My 3D Model not charge in AR view in instagram browser

Hello, I am using RA on my mobile without problems. But when I use it from the instagram browser, it doesn’t load and it gets stuck. When entering from the profile of the page to my website.

We are currently looking into this. Which device do you use? Is it android or iPhone?

we have reviewed this issue and unfortunately, the in-app browser from Instagram doesn’t allow us to send an AR request. We are currently in the process of improving our warning system for this issue so that users are notified to use a different browser for AR in that case.
