We have the PRO plan and we are trying to use the AR feature on our website, but when the user toggles the AR button, it is shown the Model uploaded on shapediver without the modifications made by the user during his session.
What might be the problem here?

I just tested with several models on the platform and could not reproduce this issue. Does the issue happen when you open your model directly on ShapeDiver and use the AR button there? If so, please send me a link to the model. Otherwise, we probably need to look at your implementation of the feature and see if something is going wrong there.
