'move objects to this layer' does not work

Hi,

If I change the layer of an object via the following steps then nothing happens:

  1. select an object
  2. right click target layer in layer panel
  3. click ‘move objects to this layer’ from contextmenu

changing the layer from the object properties panel does work

Hi Tim - is any of the objects a block instance? In that case it will not change color to reflect the layer change unless the contents have this set ‘by parent’,

Hi pascal,

The problem occured with curves during blockEdit. However, trying wheter it occurs with other geometry, I couldn’t reproduce the issue anymore. Maybe it was resolved in the last update.
