Is this a bug? I have the default.transform bound to the MMB and it will stop working and I am forced to restart Rhino on a repetitive basis.

are you using a standard mouse or a custom one?
are you using any type of button remapping software?
what are your settings here-
Iām using a 3D connexion mouse with the latest official drivers and the middle mouse button set to execute a double click. Every now and then the mouse seems to lose focus and I get the standard middle mouse menu popup. Not sure what the problem is.
Same problem here since last 3D connexion update
