Hello all,
After the demo version of VisualARQ (30 days), this message appears at the beginning when starting Rhino? My licence for Rhino is valid. VisualARQ not yet, I still have to buy it.

Hello @Boris_87,
This is a Rhino message, so there is nothing we can do from VisualARQ. Please, get in touch with the Rhino support team in order to find a solution: https://www.rhino3d.com/support/
However, the VisualARQ trial is for 90 days, not 30 days, so you should have 60 more days yet.
Hi Boris -
Do you have other plug-ins that might be expiring?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo
command and copy-paste the result here.
-wim
Hello Wim,
Thank you very much. I have sent you a message. All other plugins I have are valid.
Hi Boris -
There is no reason to post the SystemInfo data in a PM.
What happens when you disable all 3rd party plug-ins and restart Rhino?
-wim
I found it… When I turn off the Veesus Point Clouds plugin, the message no longer comes up… The licence is valid!
Hello Borris,
This has been resolved and the next time you load Rhino there will be no expiry warning. Sorry for any confusion.
Regards
Veesus Support
Thank you very much for the very fast help! It works
Have a nice day
Boris
