Can't validate VisualARQ

Hi everyone!
Please help! I’ve been having some problems with my VisualARQ re- install for Rhino 6 as I keep getting a “no license keys left” message. I’ve just emailed Asuni for help, but thought if someone was online here and knew what to do it may be quicker?

Backstory:
After a clean install of Win10 on my pc, installed Rhino 6 and then VisualARQ, but unable to validate VisualARQ. Uninstalled VisualARQ and then re-installed it - however would not install. But Rhino 6 had visual ARQ in the toolbar but nothing happened when you clicked on any of the tools. So I tried re-boot, manual delete Asuni folders as per some other posts on here and uninstall rhino multiple times but the VisualARQ toolbar kept showing up and visualARQ would not re-install. Finally I re-installed my windows 10, this time everything installed fine. BUT VisualArq license validation says I have no license keys left? This is my only pc running Visualarq Ver. 2.4.0.12992 and I have had my license since 2015.

Hi @pskewes We have just reset your number of validations, so you should be able to validate VisualARQ now.

@fsalla I am having the same problem… old computer was reset and now I have a fresh install on my new computer. Can you please help me out?
