I just wanted to mesh an object and wondered why the meshing settings didn’t apply until I figured that it was related to the extrusion and meshing worked as expected when I converted the extrusion to polysurface. Is this the expected behaviour?
Hi Tom - it is. It is not always ideal, but extrusions make very efficient lightweight meshes.
