Mesh position in Rhino and grasshopper output

Hi to all,
I’m using Rhino 6 and Grasshopper to create shop drwawings of a facade panels.
Source geometry in Rhino is a mesh.
If I move mesh in Rhino, Grasshopper definition does not work fine i.e. grasshopper script works in different way according to mesh position in rhino.
How can I make indipendent mesh position and grasshopper script output?
