Mesh Mesh Trim

Hello
I am trying to cut a 3d mesh using meshtrim tool .My goal is to trim a lattice mesh from cube mesh or any geometry mesh .I have attached my 3d file which contain both lattice mesh and other geometry mesh.

Mesh Split seems to work.
You have a really messy mesh though.
