Got slightly better result when calculating tangent edges and loosening the tolerance, but I clearly see that it is not calculating fully. I’ll run by @GregArden

since this is a Mesh, why dont you just use MeshOutline, depending on what you need that could replace or at least supplement your results.

I reported it because I see A tutrial on a MAC version of Rhino getting a better results and different result of mine in(R6, 7)

I have the same problem on Mac… Even with relatively simple geometry (just a few B-unioned Boxes) I get holes and missing edges for my scene silhouettes.

I have the bug in both R7 and R6.

Any news?
