Long thin wall export as .ai is a square image in Photoshop

Model space scale 10.0 1:10 for the dims used.
Does that mean my drawings are 1:10 scale or actual size ?
I have drawn a wall its 1994.178 inches long. Its 31.569inch tall.
I select it and export selected as .ai and cmyk to get it into photoshop 26.2

I choose 1inch = 1mm so as to not have a HUGE image and file size !

I intend to map to it, a set of photos where I photo’d each part of the wall perp to it.
A parallel shot panorama, which pshop fails to assemble in ‘reposition’ mode and angles tilts it in auto mode !

So decided to map the photos to my site dims !

I open this into pshop and instead of a long thin image its squarish.
Pshop has 1inch = 1mm
And suggests its to be 1994.25mm wide by 1342.32mm tall.

  1. Why is it not 1994.178mm wide
  2. What the heck is this 1342.32.mm height about, its almost square with the wall right up at the top !
  3. I am on default line width now having started with 0.7 and I need the lines half as thick in Pshop so how do get thinner lines ?.

Here is the .ai
