Lofting from two closed curves to one closed curve

could any one help me loft these sections where two curves become one and vice versa?

hi.. mm not sure if this is what you are searching…. so in this solution I made 2 different blend srf

then I splitted it

then I transform it to mesh

then quadremesh to have a workable subd (and dorking on it.. making a nice subd bridge..etc)

Then keeping only the “Y” joint form the subd

and finally making some blendsrf using this joint.
