Lofting different angled curves in one surface

Hello All,
I have a question, I want to loft curves to make a polysurface (like the 2nd picture)
but stuck at the end…
anyone have ideas??

You will need to post a Grasshopper file with the relevant geometries internalized if you want anyone to provide help…
