With the recently introduced variable linewidth linetypes,
It would be great to get full control of the way edges and lines are displayed.
would it be possible to have additional options for linetype assignment under
View>Display modes> For example a new Sketch view with for example:
-Contour lines varying on thickness related to the distance from the viewport
-Lines extended and crossing, making a sketch like appearance
-isocurves, drawn as single or multistroke sketch lines, (thinner)
-hidden lines similar but single strokes or off.
-Shadow areas, in multiple grades with a thicker marker like stroke.
Or get control over the linetypes used for edge types, to improve the technical view…
Just some ideas….. and curious about what is possible or what other users think about….
(nothing replaces hand sketching in the end… but getting close would be great.)
