Hi, having trouble getting my lineweights to show in my viewport and when I print. I feel like I have tried everything, does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi Melissa -
To show the lineweights in the viewport, you need to run the PrintDisplay
command.
As for printing, please attach a simple 3dm file and provide the output of the Rhino SystemInfo
command.
-wim
Hi Wim
I tried the PrintDisplay command, it shows “(Layout Viewports) ( State=Off Color=Print LayoutLinetypes=On )”

I replied to the message you sent to tech support.
I included a simple 3dm file, a screenshot and a PDF.

Hi Melissa -
It’s not very productive to have the same discussion in two different channels, but, at the very least, please update your Rhino version. 6.35 is the current Rhino 6 version.
-wim
Please update your V6 to the final Service Release, SR35.
The link is in the Archive section on the Download page.
This will not fix the issue.
Printed lineweights are not supported in V6 in Layouts.
Lineweights do work in Rhino V7 Layouts.
