Lines/Hatches Appear in front of 3D in Arctic Display

I’m finding a frustrating problem with draw order in Rhino7.

In the arctic display mode, lines, hatches, and text that has been applied the commands SendToBack, SendBackward, BringForward, BringToFront, all appear in front of any 3D geometry.

The only way I can see to solve this is to clear draw order. Is there another way?
