Lights Not Responding

The topic says it all, no matter what adjustments I make in the lighting panel the lights I have do not respond to the changes made

Are you using the Raytraced viewport mode or not? In a quick test on my mbp I see changes to lights happening as expected. Rhino Render also renders the lights as expected.

Can you show with screenshots, or maybe even a short screen recording what you’re seeing?
