Light Gen Issue

Hello All,
I was experimenting with rendering and encountered an inconsistent behavior of the Light Gen tool which I could not resolve.
I’m using Rhino 7 SR5 and V-ray 5.10.02 and started looking at Light Gen.
I generated exterior HDRI previews and then tried to render a few scenarios. The renderings came out consistent with the previews.
However, when I tried to generate exterior lighting scenarios using Sun and Sky option then a lot of renderings came out looking nearly as on the previews. Specifically, daytime renderings seemed close, but dusk or dawn scenarios rendered overexposed and completely off.
I’m attaching my Rhino file, the Light Gen file with those scenarios (it’s zipped, otherwise would not upload) and a few screen shots.

I would appreciate any thoughts on why this might be.

I have another rendering issue, but will raise it afterwards.

These daytime scenarios seemed to render consistently:

These morning ones not even close:

I did not touch settings:

Light Generator Sun+Sky_preview 1.3dm (89.1 KB)
Lighting Scenarios-Sun & Sky 1.zip (135.7 KB)

Upon further testing i encountered mode of odd behavior which I can not explain as anything other than a bug:
I exported the proxy scene as .vrscene file. Then ran Light Gen to create several scenarios, and then initiated import vrscene command. I accidentally noticed, that if I click on the scenario while import command is still in progress, it would actually render the correctly - consistent with the scenario thumbnail. However, if I right-click to finalize the import command and only then click the scenario and render - the lighting would be render completely off.
This is clearly odd, and I’m not sure who I can even address with this…

Also, when I execute import vrscene command I click to place an object in the space but then the command offers to place another copy of the same scene and then another, until i stop it by right-clicking - not sure if this is the correct behavior as well…
