Licenses problem

I have a critical issue we are experiencing with the software for which we hold multiple licenses.

Despite having an adequate number of available licenses, whenever we attempt to open the software on a second computer (this is particularly prevalent on newly installed instances), the application attempts to close the license on the first computer. This is severely disrupting our workflow and impacting our office’s productivity.

This issue requires immediate attention and resolution. We rely on the ability to utilize the software concurrently on multiple machines as per our license agreement.

Please advise on the steps you will take to rectify this problem urgently. We look forward to your prompt response and a swift solution.
