Here are two details copied from another layout.
As you can see, the level cut panel settings are applied to the upper detail when the lower detail is active.
The level cut panel settings have no effect on any detail window when it is active.
This is only happening on these two details, perhaps having something to do with them being copy/pasted from another layout.
Update:
I had copy/pasted each of those details separately from one layout to another. I deleted them from the new layout and copy/pasted them along with a third detail onto the new layout. This time cutting levels worked as expected.
Hi @djhg the level visibility and cut plane status in layout details are not preserved when duplicating layouts or copying details. We are pending to fix this in future versions.
In ordinary circumstances a copied detail view loses its levels and section cuts and they have to be reset. I’m used to that.
This is different, and occurs when the cuts are being reset, which has always worked as expected.
Please note here that the level being set in the plan view window is controlling the level in the elevation window. This is a new one.
