Layout space font automatically becomes bold after closing rhino file

If I edit text on a page in layout from bold to normal, click file>save, close the file, and reopen the file, the text on the layout page is bold again.

I’m not seeing this here, running 10.15.2 and 6.21.19349.01012.

Edit: I didn’t try your file, I just tested one of mine.
