Layout needs a DPI setting that is sticky

Hi, Layouts need a dpi setting so it doesn’t revert to 600 each time we open the file. This could be added to the layout settings too.

It would also be nice if when printing a Layout it uses the Layout name as filename as default.
Now the print dialog just remembers the last filename that was printed (to PDF that is) and this means we have to carefully think about which layout we are printing.
