Layer Properties Blank!

This happens in multiple drawings. I open the layer properties panel and it’s empty. If I add the properties panel there is information there but it remains there when I switch back to the layers panel. In other words it doesn’t refresh.

I was finally able to test this file in Rhino 6 WIP and all is well there. Weird. Any thoughts?

Did you install the Windows 10 “Creators” update?

Well, it was more or less installed for me

So is the consensus for those of us naïve souls who had the “Creator’s” Update installed, either by choice or by perfidiousness, leave it installed and wait for a McNeel update, roll it back, or use the WIP?
