Karamba3D won't load

Hi, I need some help with installing Karamba3D. I have tried downloading from PackageManager as well as the installation from the website at different times but it still shows me this error message. I am using Rhino 8, and have never really had any issue with other plugins so I am at a loss at what to do.

I have tried to see the SDK downloader but I don’t see anywhere I might be able to download the newer version required

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need to have this plugin downloaded for class soon but have had no luck. Thank you in advance!

Update your Rhino 8 to the latest available (8.12 at the moment)

Forgot to update, sorry, yes I thought that might be the issue but I eventually managed to load it by installing the version meant for Rhino 7 from another link, so that’s what I’m currently using. Thank you anyway for your help!
