I’ve moved my design workflow from Rhino 7 to Rhino 8 WIP almost completely, unfortunately it’s not perfect.
I get a lot better graphics performances within Rhino 7.
Probably the attached video can’t show the differences.
For example panning, zooming, moving objects in Rhino 7 is super smooth, in Rhino 8 is jerky, sometimes all graphics tasks stutter.
For example opening a modest complex layer strutture in Rhino 7 is blazing fast. In Rhino 8 there is half second of delay opening-closing layer hierarchy.
Also I’ve created in Rhino 8 the same display mode that I used in Rhino 7, it’s a variant of Artic.
As you can see in Rhino 8 lines are jagged and not well defined.
On both versions antialiasing is set to 4.
