Bad graphics performances

I’ve moved my design workflow from Rhino 7 to Rhino 8 WIP almost completely, unfortunately it’s not perfect.
I get a lot better graphics performances within Rhino 7.
Probably the attached video can’t show the differences.
For example panning, zooming, moving objects in Rhino 7 is super smooth, in Rhino 8 is jerky, sometimes all graphics tasks stutter.
For example opening a modest complex layer strutture in Rhino 7 is blazing fast. In Rhino 8 there is half second of delay opening-closing layer hierarchy.

Also I’ve created in Rhino 8 the same display mode that I used in Rhino 7, it’s a variant of Artic.
As you can see in Rhino 8 lines are jagged and not well defined.
On both versions antialiasing is set to 4.

Any discussion of system performance needs to include the Systeminfo report from rhino.

I’ve sent my systeminfo a lot of times.

thanks, we don’t track individual users systeminfo and user set ups often change a lot, that’s why we always ask.

Any chance you could switch your working monitor from the amd to one of your nvidias? (I’d try one of the 2080 cards)

If not do you have gpu tesselation checked in tools>options>view>open gl?

if so uncheck it restart and try again… any better ?
