Issues with Mesh Thickeness corners

Hello,

I am having an issue with weaverbird thicken mesh (grouped in red). How can I get the corners of the mesh to intersect in a better way such that they make a straight edge and not overlapping. Thank you.

thank you that’s much better and its really close to what I need, but is there any way of making the edges more sharp or clean, because they still look a bit messy.

Thanks,
Omar

What do you mean by more sharper or clean? Do you want to remesh it ?

in the image, if you look at the edge, it is a bit jagged and not a straight edge. Would re-meshing fix that?

this is a more detailed image of what I want to get rid of.

Yeah, i saw there is something unusual happening at the edges.

You want something like this, right?

yea that looks great. How would I do that?

Here! There is a plug-in called Parakeet and it contains a component known as offset brep.
I was trying another method by joining the surface and then offsetting and lofting at the end to obtain but that seems difficult.

This gives the flexibility to change the corner optinos too. Flat or rounded.
