Issues with Block Duplicating in Blocks

I’m having issues with blocks too, Hopefully this is a priority to get fixed. Are you experiencing any of the issues I speak of

Working in Rhino 7 now and it looks like some problems have been fixed but others remain. Trying to edit a block This pops up, and pops up and pops up. [image] Which is very familiar I click on the ok and the edit session never appears and this pops up .
