Issues with artifacts using Vray for Rhino

I am using a large panel light to lit a large space with all white walls. For some reason I am getting this botchy look to the walls. I have tired turning up the subdivisions on the lights and higher vray quality preset, but it’s still blotchy.
Look at the white ceiling above the store.

What’ sup with this?

I suppose so your Irradiance Map needs more subdivs to sample the surfaces.
