Issue with the model - Same file reloaded and it fails

Hello guys, for some reason I upload exactly the same models and the second time it gives an error. I suspect it has to do with the bump of the letters but besides that wouldn’t know what is the issue ank you

It seems the problem has to do with the images, please send the model to us such that we can inspect what might be the problem.

Hello Alex,
I went over the whole file and the problem was with a missing URL in another geometry. I solved it!. thank you!
