Hello,
I have embedded my shapediver model on a test site, but the model stopped loading after few days. I had this issue last Friday, so I have re-uploaded it on the ShapeDiver website and re-embedded it and it was working fine, however it happened again today. It doesn’t even want to load up on my local server.
If I go to the shapediver platform, edit the model, change one parameter, save it and then access it again then it will load up.
It’s almost like its losing connection overnight and needs to be restarted by changing a parameter on the shapediver platform.
Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can prevent it from happening?
