Hello,
I’m trying to create some glass panels along an closed organic curve using Rhino’s SubD for optimisation purposes when I export this project into Unreal as it keeps the mesh lowpoly. To achieve this I have been using the Flexibility plugin. However, when using the SubD network component this error occurs and I’m unsure what it means and how to resolve the issue?
I’ve checked to ensure the curves join perfectly, so there is no room for error, I’ve also tried cleaning the branches, but had no luck there either!
Something strange I’d like to point out is that I’ve made a almost identical script which works as intended with the SubD network component, but it only worked with a organic open curve.
FYI: there is a couple of plugins which may pop up on your end like EleFront and Bifocals, but the only important one for this specific issue is to have the flexibility plugin installed. The blocks will be missing as well due to me not knowing how to internalised that data, but again it won’t effect the section which I’m having issues as its isolated to the balustrade glazing section of the script!
