Issue with GPU memory utilization while running Rhino 8

I am facing an issue with GPU memory utilization while running Rhino 8 and Blender. My system configuration is as follows:

CPU: Intel i7 14th Gen

Motherboard: MSI B760M-E

RAM: G.Skill 32 GB DDR5

GPU: Galax GeForce RTX 5060 Ti

Problem:
When I run Rhino 8 or Blender, the GPU VRAM is not being utilized (as seen in Task Manager). Instead, the system RAM usage is very high, causing slowdowns. The GPU shows almost no load. In case a heavy or large file of rhino is opened there is an error that shows out of memory.

What I need:

Steps to ensure Rhino 8 and Blender correctly utilize GPU VRAM.

Any GPU/driver or software settings that I should adjust.

Confirmation if this is a compatibility issue with RTX 5060 Ti.

Solution for out of memory issue large size files.

That’s not how it works.

Again, not how that works. The GPUs RAM is not extra memory that helps with opening large files. It means it can load bigger models and textures on to the GPU, but that’s not generally a concern unless you’re doing GPU rendering of enormous files.

What are your Windows virtual memory settings? What is the polygon count of the file?

Also the 5060 is not actually a “good” video card, your expectations may be unrealistic.
