Issue with computing the 3d model

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing the issue right now with Shapediver model customizations. It started from yesterday evening and still not working properly. We also checked on shapediver platform itself and only the cached version of the 3d model will render, changing any settings that is not cached will result in indefinite loading with 429 error showing in console. It’s happening with all our models.

Can you confirm the issue? Please help us as we need to resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks.
