[issue] box 3pt+height counter-intuitive behavior

When entering distance the mouse points the direction and the distance if positive should follow vector created towards the cursor and not following the coordinate system. That’s how most if not all other commands do (like Move, Polyline, Copy, Extrude, etc.)

Seems to work OK in Rhino 7.5.21089.5001, 2021-03-30:

Is that on Mac or some kind of beta release? My Rhino says it’s upto date
