Inverted Normals When Blocks Contain SubD's

Having a display bug with the past couple of WIP releases. Anytime a block contains a SubD, The normals seem to get flipped. Everything in the block becomes transparent in arctic or rendered mode but is diplayed properly in shaded mode and raytraced mode. This is only happens if the blocks contains a subd. When I convert the subd to a nurbs object, it displays properly.
