It doesn’t respond here as you can see below in the video. Sometimes this happens with setting levels also.
After trying everything, I discover that the way to input a negative here is ’ -1/8" '. But it then displays it as ’ -0-1/8" ', which invites that format of input, which the field refuses to accept. This is Va 2.0 and Rhino7
